Window

You have 30 days from the delivery scan to start a return or exchange on unused goods in original packaging.

What we cannot restock as new

Boots worn outdoors with creased soles cannot be restocked as new. Defects on arrival are replaced — email photos to [email protected] within 48 hours.

RMA

Email [email protected] with the order number and SKU. We reply with a prepaid U.S. label. Do not drop a parcel without that RMA. We do not issue international labels.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method within 15 business days after warehouse inspection. Original free shipping is not deducted.

Exchanges

Size or color exchanges ship after the original unit is scanned in. If the SKU is out of stock, we refund instead of back-ordering.
